If you want to make dynamic photos of people you have to take bright lens and relatively short exposure time. It will help you get blur effect.
Sharper effect
But if you want to take sharp photos in every plan you have to take darker lens and use a bit longer exposure time. It will allow you to take sharp photos of crowds and buildings.
If you want to make landscape photos you need quite wide lens. Then you can start taking photos, you can take photos in front of the sun - then set exposure that the sun is clearly visible and plans before the sun are almost black. It allows you to take really beautiful photos.
To take portrait photos you need again bright lens and short exposure time. You have to set person in the first plan and sun in the background that it is still visible or it breaks from behind of your “model”. Set exposure so that sun is visible and person is dark. If you do it you can get nice blurred background and sharp darked “model”.
When you look on the moon you think that it is only white circle on night sky, if you can zoom a bit you will see that it is really beautiful celestial body.
What's nessesary
To take best photos of moon you have to use long lens and tripod , above 200mm and zoom as much as you can, set ISO 100, aperture f11 to f16 and shutter speed around 1/60th to 1/125th. Set focus manually to infinite and put your camera on tripod. Set long exposure time and take a photo of the moon, you can take photos at midnight or due the sunset, depending on the time of the day you can get many interesting effects
